Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using SupaNode ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

Definitions

  • Node: A user who claims bounties and makes introductions to earn rewards
  • Super Node: A high-performing Node with enhanced privileges
  • Business: A user who posts bounties seeking specific introductions
  • Bounty: A request for an introduction with a specified reward
  • Token: Platform currency where 1 token = $1

Eligibility

To use SupaNode, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Bounties and Introductions

Posting Bounties

Businesses posting bounties agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete bounty descriptions
  • Define clear success criteria for introductions
  • Have sufficient tokens to cover the bounty reward plus platform fees
  • Evaluate introductions fairly and in good faith
  • Not misuse the platform to solicit services outside of SupaNode

Claiming Bounties

Nodes claiming bounties agree to:

  • Only claim bounties they can reasonably fulfill
  • Make genuine, qualified introductions
  • Obtain necessary permissions before introducing contacts
  • Complete introductions within the specified timeframe
  • Not spam or harass businesses or contacts

Tokens and Payments

Token Purchase

Tokens are purchased at $100 for 100 tokens. All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.

Platform Fees

SupaNode charges a 10% platform fee on all bounty transactions. This fee is clearly displayed before any transaction is completed.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Attempt to circumvent platform fees
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Use automated systems to access the Platform
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation

Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
  • That the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • That introductions will result in business relationships
  • The quality or conduct of other users
  • Specific earnings or outcomes

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPANODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Dispute Resolution

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
