What is SupaNode?
SupaNode is an introduction marketplace where businesses post bounties for specific connections they need, and individuals (Nodes) earn money by making successful introductions. Think of it as turning your professional network into a revenue stream.
How do I sign up?
Click the 'Get Started' button on the homepage and create your account. You can sign up as a Node (to earn money) or as a Business (to post bounties). Connect your LinkedIn to showcase your network and get started immediately.
Is it free to join?
Yes! Joining as a Node is completely free. You can browse bounties, claim opportunities, and earn money without any upfront costs. Only businesses posting bounties need to purchase tokens.
Bounties & Tokens
How does the token system work?
Businesses purchase tokens at $100 for 100 tokens. These tokens are used to fund bounty rewards. When you successfully complete an introduction, you earn the specified token amount, which translates directly to dollars. There's a transparent 10% platform fee on all transactions.
How do I claim a bounty?
Browse available bounties using our AI-powered search or filters. When you find one that matches your network, click 'Claim' to reserve it. You'll then have time to make the introduction before the bounty expires.
Can I post my own bounties?
If you have a business account, yes! Purchase tokens, create a bounty describing the introduction you need, set the reward amount, and our Nodes will help you make the connection.
What happens if an introduction doesn't work out?
Bounties have clear success criteria defined upfront. If the introduction meets those criteria, the Node earns the reward. If not, the tokens return to the business. We have a dispute resolution process for edge cases.
Earnings & Payments
How much can I earn?
Earnings vary based on the bounties you claim. Rewards typically range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars per successful introduction. Top performers (Super Nodes) gain access to exclusive high-value bounties.
When do I get paid?
You're paid once the introduction is verified as successful according to the bounty criteria. Payments are processed within 5-7 business days and sent to your connected payment method.
How do I track my earnings?
Your dashboard shows all your earnings, pending introductions, and payment history. You can filter by date, status, and bounty type to analyze your performance over time.
Trust & Safety
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data. We never share your information without your permission, and you control what network details are visible on your profile.
How do you prevent fraud?
We verify user identities, track reputation scores, use escrow for payments, and have a dedicated trust and safety team. Suspicious activity is flagged and investigated immediately.
What if there's a dispute?
If there's disagreement about whether an introduction meets the success criteria, either party can open a dispute. Our team reviews the evidence and makes a fair determination based on the original bounty terms.
